Turmeric Golden Milk Latte: 7 Steps

In this manual I will show you how to make a darn good latte … without an espresso machine or milk foam!

Whaaaaaaat ?!

Crazy. I know.

I don't have a lot of money to spend on a nice machine, so I thought of a way to make a latte, though not really authentic, that still tasted good. I know the "espresso" I did not have a real "crema", and the cold "jetty" espresso is not so thick … but hey, it turned out good for something so simple!

Turmeric is a yellow spice that you probably lurk on the back of your spice cabinet, and it is incredibly good for you! These antioxidants are said to relieve inflammation, so it is good for people with arthritis, or someone who wants to enjoy the benefits!


Serves 2-3:


/4 cup ground coffee

2 cups milk (lower)

1 teaspoon cucumber

1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper (helps you absorb turmeric nutrients)

1/2 tsp soil cinnamon

1/4 teaspoons soil ginger

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1-2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup, optional (to taste)
