If you ask me, one of the greatest Austrian inventions is the Sacher cake. So why not make Sacher cake pops?

Deliveries:

for 16 pops

chocolate coating:

– 200 g white chocolate

– 100 g cocoa butter (you can skip this but I recommend using it)

– 200 g of dark chocolate

for the cake:

– 3 eggs

– 140 g of dark chocolate

– 150 g of butter

– 125 g of flour for all purposes [19659006] – 150 g of confectioner's sugar [19659006] – 1 tbsp vanilla extract

1; a pinch of baking powder

– a pinch of salt

– 4 tbsp apricot marmalade

– fat and heavy flour to lubricate the cake mold

other:

cake shape of 16 cm16 wooden sticks
