It would be now that you can color your stone candy whatever color you want. Since I used raw sugar cane (I recommend using only normal white sugar, it becomes easier to color), the syrup already had a dark, caramel appearance, so I chose to leave it that way. If you want to add a taste, this is also your time!
Then, after giving the syrup a good move, pour the syrup into your tall cup / jar / vase (I used a skinny flower vase something like this) with your funnel. You can risk it without the funnel, but I was pretty sure too much of it would land anywhere else for my taste 🙂
