How to video chat on Facebook



Are you ready to take your Facebook chat experience to the next level? You can chat for free with your friends on Facebook with either the Facebook site or the Messenger app. Video chat does not require any additional software, but only some browsers are supported if you chat from your computer.

  1. Open a conversation with the person you want to video chat with . Make sure to open a conversation with a single person. You cannot currently start a video chat with a group.
