How to spice cutting boards



Wooden cutting boards are important for many kitchens, giving you a safe and sanitary place to chop up your fresh foods. As robust as these items are, you must season (or condition) them once a month to keep them in good shape. First, take a moment to wash and deodorize your board so it is spicy clean. Then spice up your clean cutting board by rubbing a large amount of mineral oil in the wood surface. Finally, let the product dry for several hours before wiping it off and using it again.
