If you want to memorize a poem, focus on Read it aloud several times and find new ways to exercise it regularly. First, read your poem at least three times at all times so you can get an idea of what it means and how it sounds. Look up any words you do not understand, as you will find the poem easier to memorize if you know exactly what it is saying. To forgive the poem for memory, practice it at least 10 minutes each day using various methods. For example, try reading it on the bus to work, reciting it to family or friends or listening to a recording of someone reading the poem.
