How to relieve hand pain

If you have hand pain due to something like carpal tunnel syndrome, arthritis or a hand injury, there are several ways you can help ease it. Try a treatment at home such as heat compresses or hand creams that relieve pain. If your hand continues to hurt, visit your doctor to see if physiotherapy, steroid injections or surgery are an option.
