About this article
To make ice coffee, first brew a pot with hot coffee that you would normally make. Then wait for the coffee to cool to room temperature or chill it in the fridge. Fill a glass with ice cubes, then pour the coffee over them until the glass is almost full. Add cream, milk, sugar or any other sweetener you want, and you're done! If you are in a hurry, brew coffee twice as strong and pour it over the ice directly. Although the ice cream will melt and dilute the coffee, your drink will still taste strong. You can even freeze ice cubes to add your iced coffee so it doesn't drop when it melts. Use instant coffee for even faster treatment. First add two tablespoons (24 g) of instant coffee and 5 tablespoons (75 ml) of cream in a glass. Stir well, then fill the glass with cold water. Continue stirring until instant coffee has dissolved. Add some ice cream and enjoy! To learn how to make ice coffee with a French press, keep reading!
