To make a chocolate bowl, start by cleaning a balloon with a damp paper towel to get rid of dust or dirt. Then blow up the balloon as big as you want the bowl to be. When your balloon is ready, put a double boiler on the stove and add your chocolate to melt it. When your chocolate flows, spread small spoons of it on a baking sheet. Take your inflated balloon and dip the upper end without the knot in melted chocolate so that it covers half of the balloon. When you have a bowl shape around your balloon, put it in the fridge so that the chocolate hardens. After 20-60 minutes, remove the balloon from the refrigerator and pop it up to leave you with your chocolate bowl.
