How to make asparagus tips



Asparagus is a tasty and healthy vegetable that goes with almost every meal. You’re probably used to seeing whole stems, but can you eat the tips? You really can! In fact, asparagus tips are the tastiest and most tender parts of the whole plant. Even better, fixing the tips is basically the same as fixing the stems. Just cut out the tips and try one of these recipes for a delicious and nutritious dish.

  1. Buy asparagus with closed tips. The most important thing to look for when buying asparagus are firm, compact, closed tips.[1] This means that the asparagus is fresh and tasty.
