Nitric oxide is a simple and affordable way to give your vehicle some serious horsepower! However, it must be installed and handled properly to prevent engine damage. Before using your nitrogen oxide system, you want to make sure you install cooler spark plugs, run 93 octane fuel and make sure your engine is in good condition.

Step 2: Install Nitrous Line
Install the nitrogen line in the bottle. You may need to drill a hole for the line to get through. Then drive the rivet pipe to the engine compartment, keep it away from heat and moving objects. If you have the throttle gas through a drilled hole, make sure you use a sleeve or put protection around the throttle so that it does not get damaged!
Step 3: Remove the carburettor
Remove the carburettor from your engine and then clean the mating surface so that the nitrate plate can be installed.
With the old carbon removed, remove the original mounting terminals and install the extended mounting terminals.
Step 4: Set the mercury plate
Decide which shot of desire you want to run, then install the appropriate jetting in the nitrogen plate. Mount the nitrous oxide and fuel solenoids on the throttle gas, make sure you tighten them properly so that they do not leak
Step 5: Adding fuel
Tap into your fuel supply line and install a "T" connector for the fuel solenoid, giving the extra fuel you need for the gas.
Step 6: Mount Nitroplate and Carb
] Use your new gaskets, insert the nitrogen plate into the inlet pipe, then the carburetor. Make sure you reinstall all your hoses, clamps, and other hardware.
Step 7: Lead
Wire up the system with a 4-point, 30 amp relay. The system will use an "arm" switch and then a short-circuit switch to spray the gas. When both switches are pressed, it sends the power to the solenoids, injects nitrous oxide and fuel.
Step 8: Install pressure gauge
Install a pressure gauge, preferably at the throttle gas so that you know how much gas you need have or have not!
Step 9: DONE!
Now get the bottle filled and start spraying!
