To make Surya Namaskar, start with the mountain position and raise your arms in an upward salute. Then go into a standing forward bend before sliding into a semi-standing forward bend. Then go back to the front fold, go into the plank bag and lower yourself to a low pushup. From there, enter an upward facing dog bag before moving back into the front bend.
