In fact, there is a wide range of items that you probably have in your house that can function as exercise equipment. Do not let the desire to sit on the couch prevent you from staying fit during the quarantine.
A brush is for more than cleaning up a mess or keeping your floor clean. Use this regular household item to do exercises such as hip or oblique. These exercises give your core, hips and glutes a good workout.
Fill a backpack with things like books, magazines or anything else that is not fragile and adds weight. Wear it on your back when doing exercises like squats, lunges or pushups to make these moves pack more of a kind.
3rd Cooking Potter
Take a large pot and turn it upside down on a firm surface, such as a mat. This can act as a step-up platform that can be used in a stretch as a lateral extension with hops, step-ups or bodyweight divided squats. For safety reasons, check that the pot is stable before jumping it up.

Pour some weight onto your vacuum cleaner. A good way to do this is to use books or cans. Push it over your floor for some challenging sledge shoots at home.

Although not as heavy as milk or detergent bottles, canned goods are useful as small weights for arm exercises. Jars under your hands under a plank add an extra challenge to the movement and help build stability.
