Honey milk potato chips are a sweet and savory snack that is easy to make but difficult to stop eating. They only need three simple ingredients and a few minutes to bake the sauce. These were a meeting of parties and always among the first things to disappear from the table.
For those who don't like sweetheart, I also tried it with maple syrup instead of honey and thought they were very good.
4 – 5 Ounces Plain Potato chips (approx. 115g).
2 Tablespoons of Honey or Maple Syrup
3 Tablespoons of Butter
Large, heavy bottom pan (12 "works well)
Baking paper with raised edges Half compartment boilers work well
