Here's how you set intentions

Attitude intentions are a great way to work with focusing on yourself and focusing on things you want to achieve. The purpose of an intention is to help focus your behavior on making you a better person and working towards the things that give you joy and fulfillment. Start by working with your focus and then turn the focus into specific intentions. Follow through with your intentions by referring back to them and using them to control your thoughts and plans.
