Frozen Mini Cheesecakes: 4 Steps



My mom used to make these little bites of sweet goodness in the usual tin cabinet. I do not have enough space in the freezer to fit the usual leaves and I do not have 3 packages of cream cheese on hand so I reduced the recipe to make mini cheesecakes.
