If you are confident about the Arduino platform and want to try programming some other Atmel microcontrollers, this guide will help you make your first steps. Specifically, you will create a shield for Arduino Uno-compatible cards to program multiple ATtiny microcontrollers (2313/4313 25/45/85 and maybe some others).
For this fairly simple project you need:
plate (single or double sided at least 20×10 points)
-3x 5mm LEDs
-3x 220-330 Ohm resistor -20 pin sockets
-12 male pin heads (at least)
– some jumpers threads
And of course an ATtiny microcontroller to work with (in my case it's a 231
