To make simple hummus, draw 1 cup of dried chickpeas in water overnight. In a large pot, cook the drained chickpeas over medium height with 1.5 teaspoons of soda atmosphere for 3 minutes and then add water. Let the water boil and swim the chickpeas for 45-60 minutes over medium low heat. Then reserve a cup of water, drain the chickpeas, and then mix the chickpeas and 1 garlic clove for 3-4 minutes.
